Mouse（C57B/6 mice，Skin Permeation,5 min）

The skin penetration ability of MNs was assessed via methylene blue staining. The mouse skin was excised from the dorsal depilated area of C57B/6 mice and the subcutaneous fat was carefully removed. The MNs were gently pressed into the prepared mouse skin for 5 min. After the removal of the patch, the skin was stained with methylene blue for 5 min and the residual dye from the skin surface was removed with tissue paper before visualization using a stereomicroscope.
