| In Vitro | Etilevodopa hydrochloride passes unchanged through the stomach to the duodenum，where it is rapidly hydrolyzed by local esterases and rapidly absorbed as levodopa.[1] Etilevodopa hydrochloride has greater gastric solubility，passes quickly into the small intestine，is rapidly hydrolyzed to levodopa，and has a shortened time to maximum levodopa concentration.[2] |
