| In Vitro | L-Cycloserine is a potent inhibitor of the first en zyme of the sphingolipid pathway，3-ketodihydrosphin-gosine(3KDS)synthase(serine palmitoyltransferase)and causes an irreversible inhibition of 3KDS synthase derived from a bacterial source(Bacteroides levii)and from brain and heart microsomes in vitro[3]. |
