Chicken Cytochrome b5, CYB5A ELISA KIT is for the quantitative in vitro determination of Chicken CYB5A concentrations in serum - plasma - tissue homogenates - other biological fluids.
INTENDED USE AND TEST PRINCIPLE
This Chicken Cytochrome b5, CYB5A ELISA KIT is intended Laboratory for Research use only and it is not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm using a spectrophotometer. In order to measure the concentration of Chicken CYB5A in the sample, this Chicken Cytochrome b5, CYB5A ELISA KIT includes a set of calibration standards. The calibration standards are assayed at the same time as the samples and allow the operator to produce a standard curve of Optical Density versus Chicken CYB5A concentration. The concentration of Chicken CYB5A in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

文献和实验细胞色素b5 存于高等动物内质网膜的一种细胞色素。可从兔肝微粒体中提纯。因为与膜结合，用蛋白酶或表面活性剂处理可以使其溶解。还原型和氧化型的最大吸收光谱分别为 555、 526、 423和 414毫微米，分子量为 12， 500，氧化还原电位＋ 0.02V。可由同样内质网膜内的还原酶通过 NADH进行还原。还原型 b5与被称为氰感受因子的酶一起，参与由氧将饱和酰基辅酶 A转变成不饱和酰基辅酶 A的脂肪酸不饱和化反应。
