ReadiUse 1 kb Plus DNA Ladder是即用型DNA Ladder。 它由26个单独的DNA片段组成：25k，10k，8k，6k，5k，4k，3k，2.5k，2k，1.5k，1.2k，1k，900、800、700、600、500、450、400， 350、300、250、200、150、100和50个碱基对，它们来自PCR产物和特异性消化的质粒DNA的混合物。 该产品包含四个增强的频段（3k，1.2k，500和200 bp），以方便参考。 此外，还添加了三种示踪染料，分别模拟电泳过程中4,000 bp，500 bp和50 bp dsDNA迁移的二甲苯基氰基FF，溴酚蓝和橙G，以进行实时检测。
