Texas Red®DHPE是一种磷脂,用亮红色荧光Texas Red®染料(大激发/发射波长约595/615nm)标记在头部。罗丹明标记的磷脂被用作细胞内吞过程中膜运输和肝细胞脂质处理的示踪剂。Texas Red-DHPE主要用作NBD、BODIPY和荧光素脂质探针的能量转移受体。在共振能量转移显微镜中,Texas Red染料较长的发射波长提供了对施主和受主发射信号的良好分离。这项技术使脂质体与高尔基体的ATP依赖性融合可视化成为可能。以Texas Red-DHPE和嗜脂碳菁DiI为膜标记,观察了血凝素介导的细胞-细胞融合过程中的膜通量。,为您提供优质的荧光染料Texas Red-DHPE。
