    2',3'-cGAMP 马来酰亚胺是一种出色的试剂,可将 2',3'-cGAMP 共价结合到含硫醇或硫醇修饰的生物靶标,例如蛋白质、肽和核酸。 2',3'-cGAMP 近年来因其作为癌症和病毒感染等疾病治疗靶点的潜力而受到广泛关注。它已被证明可以激活免疫系统并增强免疫检查点抑制剂的功效,这是一种癌症免疫疗法。 2',3'-cGAMP(环状 GMP-AMP)是一种环状二核苷酸第二信使分子,在先天免疫系统中起着至关重要的作用。它由酶 cGAS(环状 GMP-AMP 合酶)合成,以响应从受损或感染细胞中释放的胞质 DNA。一旦合成,2',3'-cGAMP 就会与衔接蛋白 STING(干扰素基因刺激物)结合并触发下游信号通路,从而产生 I 型干扰素和其他细胞因子,从而导致针对入侵病原体的免疫反应。
