产品介绍
花青素用于多种生物学应用,包括比较基因组杂交和基因芯片等。 根据结构,它们覆盖可见光谱和红外波长。Cy3,Cy5,Cy5.5和Cy7是流行的花青染料。Cy5.5NS染料具有与Cy5.5相同的光谱特性,但没有Cy5.5的四个磺酸盐基团。Cy5.5NS染料不溶于水,而Cy5.5染料具有高水溶性。这种非磺化花青不溶于水,主要用于标记寡核苷酸,肽和其他小分子。Cy5.5NS琥珀酰亚胺酯选择性地与脂族胺反应。
