细胞聚蔗糖商品名为Ficoll 400，泛影葡胺是临床使用的造影剂。二者组成的淋巴细胞分离液(Lymphocyte Separation Medium) 具有低粘度、低渗透压、无毒等特点， 因而在过去几十年里一直是分离血液单个核细胞(包括淋巴细胞和单核粒细胞)的标准操作方法。三一造血研制的淋巴细胞分离液具有低成本，分离效果比较好的特点，分离得到的单个核细胞中单核粒细胞纯度~95%，淋巴细胞纯度90~95%。
