淋巴细胞分离液是一种根据细胞密度差异，借助离心产生的重力加速度，进行细胞的分离纯化的无菌、等渗、低粘度试剂，用于从去纤维蛋白或肝素化的人类全血中分离淋巴细胞 淋巴细胞分离液含有聚蔗糖和泛影酸盐，经过除菌处理，可直接使用。该试剂能够形成特定的密度梯度1.077~1.080 g/mL。只需要将血液样品轻置于淋巴细胞分离液上层，经过简单的一步离心（400 x g，30分钟），即可分离获得淋巴细胞。

Application Notes
