ahuchxq 因为最近作磷酸化的ERK的western ,我用的是Hela 229 细胞，但是比较郁闷的是，这个细胞为什么阳性对照组和没有任何处理的一组都有磷酸化的ERK？是我细胞坏了还是本来这个细胞就是这样？我用Hela 细胞试了下，对照组也有一点，但是明显比阳性对照组弱，293细胞也是。但是就是229细胞没有任何区别，我很郁闷，试了好几次都是这样，因为前期大量实验都是在229细胞上做的，所以不能选其他细胞了。。 请求有经验的大哥大姐指教。。。。不胜
