| Matchmaker Insert Check PCR Mix 2是2X预混液，可以简便快速地直接以酵母菌落为模板进行PCR扩增。这种完整的混合液专用于 Matchmaker Gold 酵母单杂交和双杂交筛选系统，可以快速地扩增、分选并分析文库筛选所获得的阳性克隆中prey/文库质粒的cDNA插入片段。混合液与用以下载体构建的GAL4 AD文库兼容：pGADT7、 pGADT7-Rec、pGADT7-Rec2、pGAD424、pACT、 pACT2、pGAD GH、 pGAD GL及pGAD10 。 Matchmaker Insert Check PCR Mix 2 包含PCR聚合酶、引物、dNTPs和缓冲液，仅仅需要将细胞添加到混合液中，然后进行30个循环PCR操作。 Matchmaker Insert Check PCR Mix 2是完整的混合液。但是若想单独购买引物，也有另外的选择。Matchmaker AD LD-Insert Screening Amplimer Set结合Advantage 2 PCR polymerase使用，可以从Matchmaker GAL4 激活结构域 (AD)载体上扩增插入片段。5'引物可作为测序引物使用。 |
