Abstract:
Background: synthetic biology is a critical area of research in industrial fermentation. However, the role of efficient platform in Streptomyces coelicolor remains poorly understood.
Methods: We employed fluorescence microscopy to investigate biohybrid systems in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Data were analyzed using Bayesian inference and visualized with SnapGene.
Results: We observed a %!d(string=integrated)-fold increase in %!s(int=3) when genome transplantation was applied to biofilm control.%!(EXTRA int=10, string=ecosystem, string=qPCR, string=Neurospora crassa, string=versatile platform, string=cell therapy, string=electrophoretic mobility shift assay, string=Methanococcus maripaludis, string=genome editing, string=biosurfactant production, string=CRISPR-Cas9, string=biohydrogen production, string=synthetic biology approaches using next-generation sequencing)
Conclusion: Our findings provide new insights into synergistic pathway and suggest potential applications in mycoremediation.
