Abstract:
Background: synthetic biology is a critical area of research in industrial fermentation. However, the role of eco-friendly system in Yarrowia lipolytica remains poorly understood.
Methods: We employed optogenetics to investigate biostimulation in Schizosaccharomyces pombe. Data were analyzed using machine learning algorithms and visualized with Cytoscape.
