Cd7抗原是一种单域免疫球蛋白超家族分子。它在早期淋巴发育过程中的t细胞相互作用和t细胞/b细胞相互作用中起着重要作用。Cd7在恶性未成熟t细胞中高度表达，在恶性成熟t细胞如CD4+Sezary白血病和HTLV-1+成人t细胞白血病细胞中普遍缺失。有趣的是，在一些病理条件下，在CD4+记忆t细胞的子集中观察到cd7抗原的丧失。几项研究表明，慢性炎症和各种t细胞恶性肿瘤中CD4+cd7-t细胞的数量增加。Cd7在95%的t细胞急性淋巴性白血病(T-ALL)病例中表达，使其成为T-ALL治疗的理想靶点。
