    一般描述

    6-羟基多巴胺盐酸盐(6-OHDA)是一种神经毒素,通常用于诱导帕金森症′(PD)。6-OHDA可导致黑质致密部的多巴胺能神经元死亡,从而渐进式模仿PD。6-OHDA是高度可氧化的,其不能穿过血脑屏障。6-OHDA可通过产生活性氧物质,引发细胞应激和细胞死亡而发挥细胞毒性。在很多体外模型中,如原代神经元培养、人神经母细胞瘤细胞系、以及大鼠肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤细胞系PC12,6-OHDA会导致许多神经元细胞的死亡。

    应用

    6-羟基多巴胺盐酸盐已被用于:
    • 在大鼠中诱发帕金森症′(PD)
    • 分析6-OHDA对PC12细胞的细胞毒性
    • 诱导来自蓝斑中的去甲肾╳上╳腺╳素能(NA)神经元缺失

    生化/生理作用:破坏儿茶酚胺能神经末端的神经毒素。

    注意:吸湿

    重悬:溶于含有0.1%偏亚╳硫╳酸╳氢╳钠或其他抗氧化剂的无氧水中。溶液应新鲜制备,并避免暴露在光线下。溶液在氧化时会变红。
