功能
Plays a role in cell division and in the dynamic organization of the actin skeleton as a stabilizer of actin filaments by association with F-actin through Kelch repeats. Protects cells from cell death induced by actin destabilization; Protects neurons from dendritic spines and actin filaments damage induced by the actin-destabilizing cytochalasin B when overexpressed. Activates Erk signaling pathway when overexpressed in cultured cell lines (By similarity). May be a component of the cellular splicing machinery with a role in pre-mRNA splicing; may mediate the inhibition of splicing by NS/influenza virus NS1A protein. 单抗主要是鼠单抗、兔单抗，多抗主要是兔多抗、山羊多抗等，其他种属来源抗体较少。不建议纠结于单抗好还是多抗好，能做出实验的抗体就是好抗体。 在选择上一般建议实验种属和抗体种属亲缘性越远越好，不宜同源。抗体不同种属会要影响接下来二抗的选配。特别是在免疫荧光双标实验中，需要在区别于实验种属的基础上，区分开两个指标的抗体种属来源，以便于二抗区别识别。 3. 关于性价比的选择 抗体的品质高低最终还是需要通过实验结果来呈现的，但是在选择抗体之前我们并无法准确判断抗体的效果
