文献和实验我现在做elisa，目的是利用此法来检测我样品中蛋白的浓度，我用的是改良的双抗体夹心法，就是包被鼠单抗，加标准品和待测样品，再加兔多抗，再加山羊抗兔的酶标二抗，TMB显色。我现在的问题是摸索单抗和多抗的稀释度，所以就将多抗稀释了三个浓度1:5000,1:10000,1:15000,1:20000，单抗 包被稀释度是1:15000，标准品都是五倍稀释即：25μg/mL , 5μg/mL , 1μg/mL , 0.2μg/mL , 0.04μg/mL 酶标二抗是1:5000 双波长A450
