No. 10917-H08H3) with an affinity constant of 0.51 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested). 3.Recombinant Human CD155/PVR Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 10109-H02H) captured on Protein A chip can bind Recombinant Human TIGIT Protein(Dimer), His Tag (Cat. No. 10917-H08H3) with an affinity constant of 3.28 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested).
