This kit has been especially developed for the quantitative determination of Durvalumab in serum and plasma samples between the Cmin and Cmax range of concentrations.

Durvalumab is an antineoplastic monoclonal antibody used to treat urothelial carcinoma and locally advanced, unresectable non-small cell lung cancer. Durvalumabblocks programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) to promote normal immune responses that attack tumour cells. . Measurement of biological drug trough levels and antibody to biological drug gained high importance during the course of treatment. These measurements enable dose adjustments and switch to another class of biological drug when necessary.
