HRV 3C蛋白酶是人鼻病毒3C (HRV 3C)的重组半胱氨酸蛋白酶，在大肠杆菌中表达并纯化。HRV 3C蛋白酶在Gln和Gly残基之间以识别序列Leu-Glu-Val-Leu-Phe-Gln-Gly-Pro切割蛋白质底物。该蛋白酶的高特异性和高亲和力标签(6xHis)使其成为去除重组蛋白纯化和检测标签的理想选择，并能灵活去除该蛋白酶。
