碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF，FGF2或FGF-β）是成纤维细胞生长因子家族中的一员。bFGF是一种单链多肽生长因子，在促进细胞增殖过程中起着重要作用；同时也可以抑制细胞凋亡，加速伤口愈合并诱导血管再生。在中胚层和神经外胚层等多种类型的细胞中，bFGF亦能非常有效地诱导DNA的合成。
OsrhbFGF是运用基因重组技术，由水稻胚乳细胞表达并通过蛋白提纯工艺而成。
