重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (又称为碱性 FGF、bFGF、FGF2、FGF-β或者肝素结合生长因子)，是一种适 用于细胞培养应用的生物活 性蛋白质。bFGF 可调节细胞增殖、分化、存活、粘附、运动、凋亡、肢体形成和伤口恢复等多种过程。bFGF 可用于血管发生、成纤维细胞有丝分列、PC-12 细胞的轴突生长、受体结合以及酪氨 酸磷酸化研究。 本品系重组大肠杆菌表达、经多步分离纯化，溶解于 10mM PBS，0.15 M NaCl（pH7.2）溶液中，再经 0.22 μm 滤膜过滤除.菌后冷冻干燥而制成的冻干粉。
