说明：
Blue/Orange Loading Dye, 6X ( 蓝 / 橙上样染料， 6X) 是一种方便使用的标准染料，含有 0.4% 橙色 G, 0.03% 溴酚蓝， 0.03% 二甲苯胺 FF, 15% Ficoll® 400, 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5) 及 50mM EDTA
(pH 8.0)。它以预混合，即用型方式提供。该染料可用于凝胶电泳中的 DNA 样品的上样及显示其在电泳过程中的迁移。在 0.5X TBE0.5-1.4% 的琼脂糖凝胶上 , 二甲苯胺 FF 的迁移速率大约为 4kb, 溴酚蓝的迁移速率大约为 300bp, 橙色 G 的迁移速率大约为 50bp。
