作者：陈英剑 李芳秋 摘要 以ｒｈＣｙＰＡ为包被抗原，用间接ＥＬＩＳＡ检测了４５例ＳＬＥ病人血浆抗ＣｙＰＡ自身抗体的ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ三种类型，并探讨了此抗体与多项临床指标的相关性。结果显示，ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ三类抗ＣｙＰＡ自身抗体的阳性率分别为３６％，２０％，１８％，总阳性率为４８％。存在皮肤粘膜损害、白细胞减少、发热、并联能表现或活动期的ＳＬＥ病人抗ＣｙＰＡ自身抗体阳性率明显高于无相应症状或非活动期ＳＬＥ病人。 An investigation
