| 简介 | 骨髓间充质干细胞是骨髓基质干细胞 ，对骨髓中的造血干细胞（ HSC ）不仅有机械支持作用 ，还能分泌多种生长因子 （如IL-6 ，IL-11 ，LIF ，M-CSF及SCF等）来支持造血。骨髓间充质干细胞(bone mesenchymal stem cells ， BMSCs)具有多向分化潜能 ，能促进间充质组织的再生 ，如 ：骨、软骨、肌肉、韧带、肌腱、脂肪及基质等组织。在 骨髓中 ，BMSCs占骨髓有核细胞总数的0.001%~0.1% ，含量极低。而同时 ，由于组织工程需要大量的种子细胞 ，从 啮齿类动物骨髓分离BMSCs的技术上的难度限制了许多实验的开展。体外分离培养纯度高、活力强、生物特性均一的 BMSCs对组织工程及细胞的体内、体外实验显得至关重要。 |
these contradictory obs ervations, nor the mechanism for the reported diverse impact of tumor-infiltrating immune cells has been elucidated, making it dif ficult to judge the clinical implications of infiltration of immune cells within tumor tissues. This mini-review presents patients even though it inhibited osteoclast resorptive activity. Thus, other cells in addition to osteoclasts are likely involved in modulating tumor growth in the bone. The immune system has the ability to eliminate tumor cells. Nevertheless, tumor cells can acquire the ability to escape immune control. Our recent observations indicated that a decline in the ability of the immune cells to recognize and kill the tumor drives tumor dissemination to bone even when osteoclasts are inhibited by potent antiresorptive agents. This review focuses on the antitumor and protumor effects of various immune cell populations involved in the bone metastatic process. We also discuss strategies to enhance antitumor immune responses and bypass cancer immune resistance.
