| 简介 | 输卵管位于人体的盆腔内 ，一般的人有两条 ，左、右输卵管各位于子宫一侧。它们由子宫底外侧角部向外 ，平行伸 展 ，先达卵巢的子宫端 ，再沿卵巢系膜缘上行至卵巢的输卵管端 ，且呈弓形而覆盖于卵巢上 ，然后向下、向内行 ，终 止于卵巢的游离缘及其内侧面上部 ，输卵管是卵子运输、储存、获能 ，以及卵母细胞采取、运送、成熟、受精和早期 胚胎发育的重要场所。输卵管与其他空腔器官相似 ，其管壁由内向外为粘膜层、肌层和浆膜层所构成。其中 ，肌层的 结构和厚度因不同节段而有差异 ，峡部肌层最厚 ，管腔亦最小。输卵管肌层与子宫肌层相连 ，子宫最内层的纵行肌至 峡部消失。 |
