| 简介 | 卵巢是雌性动物的生殖器官。卵巢的功能是产生卵以及类固醇激素。卵巢左右各一 ,灰红色 ,质较韧硬 ,呈扁平的椭 圆形 ,表面凸隆 ,幼女者表面平滑 ,性成熟后 ,由于卵泡的膨大和排卵后结瘢 ,致使其表面往往凹凸不平 ,卵巢不仅 是卵子产生、生长并成熟的器官 ,也是脑垂体前叶分泌促性腺激素的靶器官之一。其中 ,卵巢间质区是提供卵泡生长 和发育的环境 ,卵巢间质主要由卵巢间质细胞构成。探明卵巢间质细胞的增值及内分泌功能 ,在发情周期和妊娠期发 生变化的机理及调控因素 ,对进一步研究卵泡发育的调控、排卵、黄体形成和退化、卵巢萎缩、卵巢间质细胞瘤发病 机理 ,以及在这些生理和病理过程中参与其中的激素及细胞因子作用机理均有重要意义。 |

Purpose: To examine Bruchs membrane (BM) in association with the longitudinal part of the ciliary muscle (LPCM) in the pars plana region. Methods: Using light microscopy, we histomorphometrically assessed BM and the LPCM in the pars plana region. Results: The histomorphometric study included 51 eyes (51 patients; mean age: 60.8±15.0years; axial length: 26.0±3.3mm; range: 21.0-36.0mm). The LPCM (total length: 4.60±1.10mm) ended 1.15±0.56mm anterior to the ora serrata.
