说明：崩溃酶是一种粗制酶，主要含纤维素酶和果胶酶。可以水解细胞壁(主要是真菌细胞壁)，制备原生质体等。
蛋白含量：≥10%（双缩脲）
酶活定义：37℃、pH4.5下，1单位的崩溃酶1min可以催化1.0mg的还原糖（木聚糖），酶活≥3u/g。
将0.2g本品放入锥形瓶中，溶于10mL 0.4M甘露醇溶液中，用0.1M HCL调节pH至5.2。将1g培养细胞悬浮于溶液中。当酶与细胞在30℃的水谷中轻轻摇晃烧瓶1-2h后，大部分用作材料的细胞将失去细胞壁而变成球形原生质体。如果将培养的细胞用纱布或者尼龙网过滤，在使用前除去大块细胞或调节反应条件，如温度、pH、酶的用量或甘露醇溶液的浓度等，可以改变原生质体制备的比例和速度 。
Explanation: Collapsase is a crude enzyme that mainly contains cellulase and pectinase. It can hydrolyze cell walls (mainly fungal cell walls) and prepare protoplasts.
Protein content: ≥ 10% (biuret)
Enzyme activity definition: At 37 ℃ and pH 4.5, 1 unit of breakdown enzyme can catalyze 1.0mg of reducing sugar (xylan) for 1 minute, with enzyme activity ≥ 3u/g.
Put 0.2g of this product into a conical flask and dissolve it in 10mL of 0.4M mannitol solution. Adjust the pH to 5.2 with 0.1M HCL. Suspend 1g of cultured cells in solution. After gently shaking the flask with enzymes and cells in water at 30 ℃ for 1-2 hours, most of the cells used as materials will lose their cell walls and become spherical protoplasts. If the cultured cells are filtered with gauze or nylon mesh, and large blocks of cells are removed or reaction conditions such as temperature, pH, enzyme dosage, or concentration of mannitol solution are adjusted before use, the proportion and speed of protoplast preparation can be changed.
