描述：
DNA 错配修复系统（MMR）主要由三种蛋白组成，包括 MutS、MutL 和 MutH。其中 MutS 负责识别错配或未结合位点并与之结合，随后 MutL 蛋白与 MutS-DNA 形成复合体，增强其稳定性，并激活 MutH 的内切酶活性，协同解旋酶和单链结合蛋白将错配序列切除。MutL 蛋白具有依赖于 DNA 的 ATPase 活性，在 DNA 错配修复中能够介导 MutS 和 UvrD 发挥作用，因此其在错配修复中发挥重要作用。
