此 VewRNA 组织测定蓝色模块设计用于与 ViewRNA 组织测定核心试剂盒配合使用。核心试剂盒与 ViewRNA 组织探针组（单独购买）结合使用时，可采用坚固红底物检测组织切片中的单个 mRNA 靶标。ViewRNA 组织测定蓝色模块允许使用坚固蓝底物检测第二个 mRNA 靶标，必须与核心试剂盒和两个探针组组合使用，以便运行2通路测定。（使用 ViewRNA 组织荧光测定试剂盒测定冻存或 FFPE 切片组织中多达四种 RNA 或 microRNA。）每个试剂盒均包含足够进行一次至少处理六个玻片的试剂。ViewRNA 1型探针组与坚固红底物（核心试剂盒）配合使用，而 ViewRNA 6型探针组与坚固蓝底物（蓝色模块）配合使用。
