产品描述
RTv Reverse Transcriptase (Glycerol-free)是一款针对逆转录-环介导等温扩增(RT-LAMP)开发的耐热型逆转录酶，由M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase定向改造而来，具有逆转录效率高、特异性强、检测灵敏度高、热稳定性好等优点。该酶结合新一代热启动技术，在45℃以下封闭酶活性，在45℃以上快速释放酶活性，支持在室温下配制反应体系，适用于RT-LAMP。本产品是无甘油配方，可用于冻干产品的开发，但不包含赋形成分，根据需求自定义添加。
实验案例
高效的逆转录效率
在不同RT-LAMP体系下，搭配相同的Bst酶，按照Vazyme #RVL101和Vazyme #RV101、Supplier A、B、C、D、E的推荐投入量配制体系，测试逆转录效率。结果显示：搭配相同的Bst酶，Vazyme #RVL101的扩增性能更优。
优异的储存稳定性
对Vazyme #RVL101进行反复冻融60次、4℃储存4W和37℃储存7d，比较处理组与正常-20℃保存对照组在不同RT-LAMP体系下的扩增性能差异。结果显示，不同测试下Vazyme #RVL101扩增性能无显著差异，具有优异的储存稳定性。
