产品描述：
Klenow (3'→5'exo-)DNA聚合酶是DNA聚合酶I的E. coli DNA聚合酶I的蛋白水解产物，保留了DNA聚合酶 I的DNA聚合酶活性，但失去了5'→3'核酸外切酶活性，该酶通过突变进一步去除了3'→5'核酸外切酶活性。可以用于随机引物法进行DNA标记、双脱氧法DNA序列测定等。
