Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Chikungunya virus nsP3 antibody [HL2479] (GTX638828) diluted at 1:30000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Chikungunya virus nsP3 antibody [HL2479] detects Chikungunya virus nsP3 protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
