Immunofluorescent analysis of mock and Chikungunya virus-infected cells using Chikungunya virus nsP3 antibody (GTX135189).
Sample: Chikungunya virus non-infected and infected cells slide.
Green: Chikungunya virus nsP3 antibody (GTX135189) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Chikungunya virus nsP3 antibody (GTX135189) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Chikungunya virus nsP3 antibody detects Chikungunya virus nsP3 protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
