Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD66e antibody [HL2467] (GTX638816) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
CD66e antibody [HL2467] detects CD66e protein at cell membrane and cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human colon cancer.
CD66e stained by CD66e antibody [HL2467] (GTX638816) diluted at 1:100.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
Untreated (–) and treated (+) MCF-7 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD66e antibody [HL2467] (GTX638816) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
