Transferrin antibody [HL2429] detects secreted Transferrin protein by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human hepatocellular carcinoma.
Transferrin stained by Transferrin antibody [HL2429] (GTX638745) diluted at 1:100.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
Mouse plasma and rat plasma (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Transferrin antibody [HL2429] (GTX638745) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Human plasma (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Transferrin antibody [HL2429] (GTX638745) diluted at 1:500000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Transferrin antibody [HL2429] (GTX638745) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
