Wild-type (WT) and PLAUR knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with uPAR antibody [HL2169] (GTX638173) diluted at 1:250. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
Untreated (–) and treated (+) U937 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with uPAR antibody [HL2169] (GTX638173) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
uPAR antibody [HL2169] detects uPAR protein at cell membrane and cytoplasmic vesicles by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: U937 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: uPAR stained by uPAR antibody [HL2169] (GTX638173) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
uPAR antibody [HL2169] detects uPAR protein by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse tissues.
uPAR stained by uPAR antibody [HL2169] (GTX638173) diluted at 1:100.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
