本品为第五代拓扑异构酶介导的零背景快速克隆系统，基于新型拓扑异构酶，结合平末端化因子技术，可同时实现平末端与TA末端PCR产物快速连接，仅需25℃孵育5 min即可完成连接反应，支持150 bp - 10 kb DNA片段的快速插入，提升克隆效率的同时提高复杂体系的阳性率。适用于高通量克隆、快速亚克隆、文库构建等场景。
