5 min Universal Ligation Mix是一种酶和Buffer混合的即用型2 × 预混液，内含T4 DNA ligase，催化双链DNA或RNA上相邻的5´-磷酸末端和3´-羟基末端形成磷酸二酯键。本试剂盒不仅适用于黏性末端连接，也兼容平滑末端和单碱基突出末端的DNA连接，优化的连接增强剂及反应缓冲液使反应更加高效便捷，25℃反应5 min即可快速连接，连接产物可直接转化多种化学感受态细胞。
