In Vitro: Antibacterial agent 126 (compoud 6f) shows antibacterial activity with MIC values of 0.5, 4 μg/mL for staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli ATCC 25922, respectively.
Antibacterial agent 126 (0-256 μg/mL; 0-8 h) shows low hemolytic activity to RBCs.
