产品活性：MtInhA-IN-1 是一种选择性，具有口服活性的结核分枝杆菌 NADH 依赖性烯酰基载体蛋白还原酶 (MtInhA) 抑制剂，IC₅₀ 为 0.23 μM。MtInhA-IN-1 有效对抗结核分枝杆菌 H37Rv 菌株，MIC 值为 0.4 μM。

In Vitro: MtInhA-IN-1 (compound 19k) shows inhibitory activity against a panel of multidrug-resistant M. tuberculosis strains, M. tuberculosis strains PT2, PT12, and PT20. The MIC values of 0.1 μM, 0.2 μM, and 0.1 μM for PT2, PT12, and PT20, respectively. In addition, MtInhA-IN-1 has low cytotoxicity against HepG2 and Vero cells.

In Vivo: MtInhA-IN-1 (compound 19k; 300-450 μM/kg; p.o; daily; for 14 days) shows bacteriostatic effect in a murine model of tuberculosis.
