抑制剂描述： 产品名称：CNX-2006 产品别名：见爱必信官网 英文别名：CNX-2006 靶点：EGFR CAS：1375465-09-0 纯度：>98% 外观：见爱必信官网 保存方法：Store at -20℃ for one year（Powder）；Store at 2-4℃ for two weeks；Store at -20℃ for six months after dissolution. 描述： CNX-2006是一种新型，不可逆，突变选择性的EGFR抑制剂，IC50为<20 nM，对野生型EGFR有微弱的抑制作用。 溶解性：Ethanol ：28 mg/mL (51.3 mM) 体外研究： CNX-2006 is a novel irreversible EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor, specifically inhibits activating mutations of EGFR as well as the T790M mutation while having very weak inhibition at wild-type EGFR. In in vitro modeling of acquired resistance, continuous CNX-2006 treatment on drug-sensitive EGFR mutant cells leads to resistance more slowly than erlotinib. Dose escalation with CNX-2006 leads to differential effects in different lines, but does not select for T790M-mediated resistance. CNX-2006 resistent cells shows increased expression of EMT markers and MMP9. 体内研究：CNX-2006 is effective in H1975 (EGFR L858R/T790M) xenograft model.
