（一）细胞实验（体外实验）
Gastrin I（human）是胃中产生的内源性肽，可以作为胆囊收缩素2 (CCK2)受体的选择性激动剂。[1]
（二）动物实验（体内实验）
Gastrin I（human）（1.5 nmol/kg，5 nmol/kg，15 nmol/kg，45 nmol/kg），静脉注射大鼠，可增加大鼠胃蛋白酶原和胃酸分泌。[1]
