Thermostable Rnase H
描述：
热稳定 Rnase H 来源于极度耐热菌 Thermusthermophilus.，可在较高温度下特异性地降解杂交到DNA 链上的 RNA 磷酸二酯键，而 DNA 链保持完整，故能降解 RNA/DNA 杂交链中的 RNA 链。与 E.coli Rnase H相比，该热稳定 Rnase H 在 65°C 以上具有更的活性。由于具有极高的热稳定性，对于需要高温反应条件的分子生物学应用，热稳定 Rnase H 是一个理想的选择。本制品是经大肠杆菌重组表达纯化而得。
单位定义：一单位指 50μl 反应体系中，50℃条件下，20min 内40pmol 的 25bp 的 RNA-DNA 杂交链中水解出 1nmol 核糖核酸底物所需的酶量。
储存：-20℃可保存两年。
