保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.  |

| 产品介绍 The protein encoded by this gene is a T cell-derived cytokine that shares sequence similarity with IL17. This cytokine was reported to stimulate the release of TNF alpha (TNF) and IL1 beta (IL1B) from a monocytic cell line. Immunohistochemical analysis of several nerve tissues indicated that this cytokine is primarily localized to neuronal cell bodies. [provided by RefSeq]. |
| IL17B is a non disulfide-linked homodimer of two 161 amino acid polypeptide chains. It belongs to the IL17 family of structurally-related cytokines that share a highly conserved C-terminal region but differ from one another in their N-terminal regions and in their distinct biological roles. The six known members of this family, IL17A through IL17F, are secreted as homodimers. IL17B is expressed by T-cells and has been shown to stimulate release of TNF-alpha and IL-1beta from cells of the monocyte lineage. |

的特征性细胞因子白介素17 (IL-17)越来越广泛地受到关注。研究发现，IL-17在多种自身免疫疾病如多发性硬化，类风湿性关节炎，牛皮癣的患者的特定病理组织中显著上调。此外，对于自身免疫疾病动物模型研究表明，IL-17或其受体IL-17R基因剔除小鼠能够显著抑制自身免疫疾病的诱导，而将IL-17抗体注射到小鼠体内亦可以很大程度地减少自身免疫疾病的发生，表明阻断IL-17的功能很可能会有效的治疗自身免疫疾病。因此，研究IL-17发挥功能的信号转导机制是至关重要的。 迄今为止，已发现了六个IL-17
