一般描述
BM紫是碱性磷酸酶(AP)的显色底物，其设计用于沉淀酶免疫测定。它可在膜或固体支持物上的AP结合位点处形成永久的深紫色条带或斑点。该试剂不需要进行混合或溶解，其是一种稳定的底物溶液可直接从瓶中使用。与使用BCIP/NBT双瓶系统相比，它产生更少的背景染色，且不会降低灵敏度。反应产物呈深紫色，不溶于水。形成的深紫色可通过视觉观察到。
使用前外观:淡黄色；
颜色显影后:深紫色
