产品简介：
3,3',5,5'-四甲基联-苯-胺(TMB)在辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)的显色反应体系中，因比其它色原具有更高的灵敏度且无致癌性而被广泛应用。TMB主要应用于酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)、免疫斑点杂交、免疫组化以及氯和过氧化氢的检测分析。为了满足研发、生产和科研需求，本公司开发了可应用于HRP反应体系的TMB显色液。
外观结构：
TMB Chromogen Solution A应为无色或淡黄色透明液体；
TMB Chromogen Solution B应为无色透明液体；
各个组分均无沉淀、颗粒及絮状物。
使用方法：
加液：待样品孔中加完HRP结合物并孵育一定时间后，用适当洗涤液洗板3-5次，每孔加TMB Chromogen Solution A、TMB Chromogen Solution B各50ul (A、B液先混匀再加入孔中)，轻轻混匀，根据个人实验需要，在室温(15-25℃)或37℃下避光温育10-30min或更长时间，直至出现蓝色产物。
终止：每孔加入50ul(与显色液等体积)1M 盐酸或硫酸溶液终止反应，孔中反应液由蓝色变为黄色。
读数：终止反应后15min内于450nm处测定各孔溶液的吸光值。
对照：空白对照不加HRP标记的抗体/抗原和阴性对照结果应无色；阳性对照为深蓝色。
注意：如果出现沉淀，表明TMB底物反应过于强烈。为了避免产生沉淀，可在终止后马上读数；或者进一步稀释一抗和/或HRP结合物。
保存温度：
2-8℃避光保存，有效期1年。
