产品描述：
蛋白质免疫印迹（Western Blot）是将蛋白质转移到膜上，利用抗体进行检测，对蛋白进行定性和定量的方法。预染Marker能够监测蛋白质电泳状态，判断转膜方向和效果，但不能再底片上曝光。本品由四种非预染的蛋白质混合组成，每种蛋白都含有多种IgG亚型结合位点，在转膜后仍然具有IgG结合能力，因此不管采用何种形式的一抗或二抗，都能够跟目标蛋白一起曝光，显示出相应的条带，用作分子量标准。本产品各种蛋白浓度约为0.01μg/μl，推荐上样量为2.5μl。
条带组成：
18 kD，33 kD，65 kD，125 kD。
产品特点：
在底片上与目标蛋白一起曝光，可直接判断目的蛋白质分子量大小。
没有标记或偶联其他分子，NovoWB Marker显示更准确的分子量。
可用作阳性对照，判断抗体效果。
保存温度：
-20℃
注意事项：
1）使用前将Marker置于室温，彻底溶解后混匀使用。
2）本制品为即用型产品，无需进行处理，取适量Marker加入上样孔后电泳。
3）为避免反复冻融，可将产品分装后-20℃保存。
应用实例：
所用抗体为Anti-Human IgG Fc (HRP)，进行Western blot。
泳道 1：胞外蛋白；泳道 2：胞内蛋白。
泳道 M：NovoWB® Positive Control Marker。
