产品活性：N-tert-Butoxycarbonyl-trans-4-hydroxy-D-proline 是不可降解 (non-cleavable) 的 ADC linker，用于合成抗体偶联活性分子 (ADCs)。N-tert-Butoxycarbonyl-trans-4-hydroxy-D-proline 也是一个基于烷基链 (alkyl chain) 的 PROTAC linker，可用于合成 PROTAC。

In Vitro: ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linker.
PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins.
